MURALS

It's no secret that murals create a positive impact: they uplift their viewers, draw attention to businesses, deter vandalism, increase foot traffic & social media tagging.

Murals are one of our favorite ways to create because each wall has the power to reach so many. We are grateful for the opportunity to tackle any project, whether it's for your business, public art initiative, brand activation, or residential space. We'll work with you to design something that suits your needs, whatever those may be.

Year: 2023
Size: 1500sqft
Location: 520 NW 7th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311
Project Type: Public Art

As this specific area of Fort Lauderdale is going through a period of development & change, we wanted to create a piece that speaks on understanding identity and empowering that which is truly you in the face of transition. Birds of paradise are symbolic of identity, and in this space their image is skewed with a technological glitch, showing the way that rapid advancements can create a confusion in understanding something’s true nature. The subject stands tall and proud, looking down at all that surrounds her from a position of observation. The currents about her swirl intensely, but it does not disturb her peace. In total, we hope that viewers, and especially those who call this area home, feel empowered to be embrace change while remaining true to themselves in the face of adversity. Our world is forever in motion, but stillness, our identity, & our power are always available within ourselves. This mural was completed for AOTA Visual Arts Festival.

Size: 1500sqft
Location: 3490 NW 2nd Ave, Miami FL 33127

We completed this piece at the end of the year for Wynwood Mural Festival, and chose to create something that symbolized looking back on all the growth we've felt over 2022- as artists, individuals, and in our community. Times change, but it's important to reflect on the experiences that brought you to where you are. We hope this mural inspires you to do just that.

"Dreamscapes"

Year: 2022
Size: 5 stories, 900sqft
Location: 1880 NE 123rd Street, North Miami, FL 33181
Project Type: Commission

This piece aims to illustrate the colorful & endless possibilities that exist in the imagination of children. Moving from sketchy & illustrative, to fully rendered , the design shows how dreams can become reality. The contents of such dreams are as varied as the things which can be stored in this building. The artists believe that the juxtaposition of styles creates visual interest and appeals to a wide range of age groups.

More simple, illustrative, whimsical & smaller towards the bottom, larger & more realistic towards the top, the contents of the design ranges from local plant & animal life, symbols meaningful to the building owners, and original characters of the artists.
